The products in the webshop are merch from E.S.Z.V. Oktopus, or tickets for our annual Oktopustournament. The prices of the products are determined by the board, and can differ each year.
Shipping and return policy merchandise
When buying merchandise, you can indicate if you want to retrieve the product yourself at the Oktopushuis (Heezerweg 176) or have it sent to you. When choosing to retrieve the product yourself it is your own responsibility to retrieve it. When you choose to get the product sent, the board will send the product as soon as possible.
If you would like to return the product you bought, you should discuss this matter with the board by contacting via email or text. Contact information can be found here.

Tournament tickets are virtual tickets. After payment your team is registered for the tournament. For cancellation or change of the ticket purchase, send an email to oktopustoernooi@outlook.com.

E.S.Z.V. Oktopus is not responsible for mistakes in delivery, loss loss of a package or anything else after sending a purchase. If there is any problem found with your purchase, contact the board with your name, purchase information and problem statement. Together, the best solution can be found.
